How long has Comfy Zone been trading?
We are a Carpets & Furniture Shop as well as an online company and we have been established since 2005.

Are your products guaranteed?
All our products carry the standard manufacturers guartantees and warranties. Depending upon the product, these will vary by the manufacturer or type of product being purchased. Is this website secure?
We are a distinguished company and all our customers’ details are kept confidential. We also have an internet card processing facility which allows customers to make payments by their cards. This modern technology is provided by HSBC and enables transactions to process smoothly, safely and securely.

Are your beds non-allergenic?
Our Divan beds have polyester and foam fillings where there is usually less chance of dust being created, but there are some completely non-allergenic mattresses available. Alternatively, there are non-allergenic mattress covers available. Please ask us if your require any help in looking for these; 01274 570555

Who delivers the products?
We use national courier services for delivery and we deliver ourselves to our local areas.

Do prices include delivery charges? If no, how much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE to the UK mainland except to the following areas/postcodes:
AB, DD, IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, TR, JE, GY

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Scilly
  • Channel Islands

    Customers who live in these areas or are unsure of the delivery charges, please contact our sales team for the delivery charges before purchasing on: 01274 570555.

    How long will delivery take?
    We usually deliver within 3-7 working day, but maximum delivery time would be within 3-28 working days depending on delivery area, some areas can take longer. For non stock items delivery can take up to 5 weeks. Delivery will be arranged by telephone or email.

    Do you deliver outside of the UK?
    We do not deliver outside of the UK

    Are you able to give me a specific time?
    Unfortunately we cannot specify time of deliveries. The standard delivery timescales given by the national couriers is from 8am - 6pm) on weekdays.

    Do you take old beds away?
    We do not remove old beds and mattresses for health reasons. You need to contact your local council.

    Can I pay cash on delivery?
    Because we use national couriers for delivery, payment on delivery cannot be made.

    Is it possible to track my order?
    Yes, orders can be tracked by calling our customer service team on 01274 570555.

    What do I do if the good(s) I have purchased is/are damaged?
    If goods are damaged, please call our customer service team on 01274 570555 and discuss the matter.

    What is your returns policy?
    Once you have received your goods, you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return or keep them.

    If you decide you do not want the goods for whatever reason, you may return them; providing they are returned in it’s original packaging, the way they were delivered and providing goods have not been used and are free of defects. We will then refund your money deducting any shipping costs (the shipping costs will be advised when you let us know your retuning the goods). You may deliver the goods yourselves at your own expense back to us for a fund.
    Please Note: Mattresses that have been slept on and been used will not be accepted back unless faulty or advised by us otherwise.

    Can I view the products before buying?
    Yes, we have a showroom and many of our products are on display. Please contact us on 01274 570555 first to find out if your chosen product is on display before coming to view.

    Do you offer any credit options?
    We aim to provide the lowest possible prices, so there is no need for credit options.

    Are the prices quoted inclusive of VAT?
    All our prices are inclusive of VAT (VAT receipts can be provided on request)

    If I buy a bulk, can I get a discount?
    Our prices are the lowest and very competitive. However, if you are buying in bulk, please contact our dedicated sales team on 01274 570555 to discuss.

    Do I have to open up an account with Comfy Zone before purchasing?
    If orders are placed online, customers will have to open an account with Comfy Zone so they may specify any requirements at the time of placing their order and so we may also communicate with customers by email. However customers who place their order over the phone, by cheque or postal order; they do not have to apen an account before buying as they will then be contacted via phone.
